Why Pampered Paws?


Safe, supervised play
Your dog will be supervised by employees who are trained to have a thorough understanding of canine body language and interpret appropriate play interactions, and are certified in Pet First Aid and CPR. In our facility, we have several assigned playgroups based on size and temperament, creating an environment conducive for proper socializing . Play groups have access to fenced-in outdoor areas with play equipment, shade, and water. Our outdoor yards are equipped with artificial turf, which is regularly cleaned and disinfected.

​Rest breaks and unlimited water
Although most of their day is often spent running and playing, resting between vigorous playtime is important. We make sure to give dogs breaks as needed to prevent over-stimulation.

Updates 
We keep owners updated on how their pet is doing. We provide report cards regularly, as well as daily Facebook posts with pictures and/or videos. We also continuously keep customers informed with important observations and are always available to answer questions. Our team is committed to getting to know each dog’s unique personality, which allows us to notice even the most minor behavior or health changes. 

Flexibility
On your reserved day, you can pick up or drop off any time between 7am-12pm. Pick-up hours resume again from 2-6pm. You can hold a standing weekly reservation, or you can reserve ahead as needed via Facebook, email, or phone call. 
 

New Applicants


Visitor Requirements
  • At least 12 weeks of age​
  • Spayed or neutered if 6 months or older
  • Current on vaccines: Rabies, bordetella, and DHLPP.  A 10 day waiting period after first bordetella vaccine is required. We also recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine.
  • On scheduled heart-worm medication and flea and tick preventative year-round.
  • No prior history of aggression toward other dogs or people​

Reserve your assessment today!
After submitting your application, we will email you to schedule your dog’s assessment day. During this visit, we will slowly and mindfully introduce to the group and evaluate his or her comfort level and play style to determine if he or she is a proper candidate for daycare. We recommend a half-day  of 4 hours for their first visit, but can accommodate longer stays. 

We ask new visitors to arrive at 7am so they are the first dog in the playroom. New visitors adjust at their own pace, which varies based on age, prior socialization, training, and temperament. See our blog post regarding the adjustment period. You will receive a detailed assessment form outlining your dog's comfort level and overall behavior after spending time with us! 

IMPORTANT: First day reservations will be confirmed only after vaccine records are emailed to pamperedpawsdd@gmail.com. Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP are required.
